If you have a Norden health plan, download it for free on your mobile phone. With the MeuNorden app you can access your membership card, financial dashboard, schedule appointments, search the accredited network, and manage one or more plans.

Secure Digital Membership Card
A membership card in the app should be much more than a digital version of your health plan card. In addition to immediate access after enrollment, the digital card has other benefits: relevant information that doesn't fit on the physical version is now accessible directly from the card. In the same app as the policyholder, for example, it's possible to present the membership cards of all beneficiaries, without needing to switch apps or logins.

Appointments
Plan clients can schedule appointments at different Norden units directly through the app. In addition, they can use the app to confirm, cancel, or reschedule their appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals. The same functionality can be used by the user to learn about the members of the clinical staff of Hospitals and Clinical Centers.

Financial Panel
Provides the user with a simple and easy-to-use panel, with payment and co-payment history, outstanding monthly payments, and quick access to the barcode of the payment slip or its printable version.
