Doesn't work at all. I have Ultron Bold and hyper series inverters. Very disappointed that they sell their AC's with false marketing of WiFi feature which always crashes. Only power on and off works that too crashes. No reports of power consumption, temperature work. It also asks for location permission which is not needed at all. Similarly, don't know why it needs microphone permission.

They don't even deserve 1 star for review. I am facing issues and have raised ticket on July 29, 2022 and so far my issue has not been resolved. This was the biggest mistake buying Orient product. I strongly recomThis is really pathetic app as I am unable to connect my device. Once it is connected it gives me error , " something broke unexceptional error please try again later". I have registered complaint twice but call center staff is also not supportive, they won't even give complaint number.

The app was fine the last timeI used it! Now, the device doesn't connect at first. And when it does! It's not saved. You have to connect all over again after exiting the app. And the last time I used the app? The controls took over 5 kins to reach the air conditioner!!! Really disappointed! What's the use of having the WiFi feature when you can't even use it!
