Ratings and reviews

I really hate this "follower," option. It takes forever for people to show up, meaning I have to sit there refreshing repeatedly waiting for mewe to catch up before I can send then a private message. It's dumb. There was nothing wrong with the other function and there is no real distinction between friends and followers. All it's done is complicate the system and make it buggy. And the bugs it's had forever still haven't been fixed.

Piss poor customer service. I purchased in app content and had to uninstall and reinstall due to glitches within the app. Now I'm unable to restore purchases. Email customer service and their only response is to now pay for the monthly premium subscription in order to access the content I have already paid for. The app glitches constantly and malfunctions requiring frequent force stops, cache clearing, and reinstalls. The only reason I still use the app is due to the people I've met and enjoy.

EDIT: (12/2023) it seems the ability to save has been restored. Previously the option had been removed. A couple of suggestions for future updates - 1) being able to designate a default location for the download. 2) a notification when saved. Both of those would be very helpful.
