Ratings and reviews

There are good resources, but don’t be misled by the bonuses. The terms are buried under huge blocks of text full of hidden conditions, and in the end you receive little to no actual bonus money. Aside from that, I've been using the regular platform functions. But I couldn't find support, there are just long FAQs but support from human chat, if it's available there, is so hard to get that I could never find it!

"I have never seen a platform as slow, frustrating, and disappointing as this one in my entire life." When you perform an action and click on something, it only gets processed after ten minutes. By that time, you’ve already clicked it multiple times. Then another interface appears—I've never seen anything this slow."

This platform is very bad. I placed a sell order in spot trading and set an OCO order. The price went down and I got a notification my order was triggered, but the sell order did not execute. Because of that, I suffered a big loss. This has happened to me twice. Do not trust their trading system — the order does not get submitted properly and the loss goes out of control.
