Worst NBFC Mahindra Finance. They are extremely unprofessional and have no intention of resolving customer complaint. EMI for my car loan account was deducted twice last month and I am still waiting for the refund of the excess amount I paid. Their staff is super inefficient in their work and are there just to harass customer not assist them

i payed my emi using this app on 10th April which is on time but they apply penalty charges on it because they forget to update my loan account profile . so don't pay your emi using this app you can pay with phonepay or Google pay .

Can't get all the details on the app, the toll free number doesn't have proper details, can't connect to the Customer representative in any of the option available
