The M-Files Android application lets you access your M-Files documents anytime and anywhere – even when you’re on the go or not connected to your office network. The application enables you to find documents from your M-Files Vaults via powerful search functions and various, customizable views, as well as to view and approve documents and workflows.

To be able to utilize the Android application you need to have an M-Files system set up and to possess the required access rights. To get started, you need an M-Files server address and login credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Why are we limited to 200 objects viewable in any workflow? It doesn't even indicate the total count of objects in the workflow, let alone allow me the ability to browse for the files I need. Why can't I limit my search within the current view like on desktop or web? This app has a lot of potential for being convenient while on the go, but the current limitations make it nearly unusable.

The new update has completely broken our connectivity, I'm using the same network as the pc that's connected to M-files client but this just keep on connecting. The issue is happening on at least 6 devices.

The app is continuously closing when i start documentation part, i cannot find any solution for this, plz find a better solution , The app was not at all good now, better to give an Answer for this issue, still 3 days the problem was continued , This make me too much stress of my job side, plz help and plz find a solution as soon as possible, I was waiting for the solution, and i need to create my documents, plz help as soon as possible and make my day better, i was waiting for your reply, plz

What’s new

Fixes and improvements:
- Property groups section in the Metadata card is now shown with a clear divider for better visibility.

The release also includes a set of other bug fixes and improvements.
Note: Some of the features only work with the latest version of M-Files Server.
