Very poor service. Forced me to download the app just to get my report at first. They took the sample around 11:00 am and next day around 5:30 pm it was submitted to the lab? These is not a general practice to keep the samples for so long. Don't use there service. They promised something else they deliver something else. No invoice was also given to me.

Very substandard labs with lack of basic equipments. Packages are not flexible at all, no provision to add/remove tests even when the lab technician is unavailable. Plus, it has been over a month my bloodwork reports were never uploaded.

Been using mfine for a considerable duration and it was reliable. The last test was disaster. The blood reports showed high abnormal values. On repeating the tests with a reputed neighbourhood lab all tests turned out normal. Later we got to know that the samples mfine recieved were spoilt and hence they volunteered for resampling for serum samples alone.Next day the entire report displayed in the app was changed to normal values including urine wherein, urine wasnt even collected second time.
