Ratings and reviews

The app doesnot have any medicine just have normal general medicine. The lab test you want to do can be done in few hospitals that too not in very reputed hospitals. The app has a lot of bugs too. Being a techiee a very bad experience using the app.

Terrible app, highly unprofessional doctors. They do not call at the appointment time, and instead provide an option to reschedule. And repeat the same in the next provided slot

Very poor customer service. They took 10 days to process my refund for a failed order. Doctor is assigned without checking his availability. Bad service.
