Whenever you try to login after you initially use the app, the continue button is grayed out. So you have to reinstall the app every single time you need to use it and reenter all of your info. Also, the success rate for depositing checks is maybe 1 in 10. It fails to read the endorsement on the back of the check. You can just spam the same photo and eventually get through, so it's obviously an issue with the software. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

The site is not at all intuitive. To deposit a check, none of the menu options at the top, including the word more, has that option. Instead a client has to hit the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Having discovered that I tried four times to deposit a check but it would not accept the email address at which I receive notifications from the bank. Bank rep doesn't know why.

Everytime I log off it says there is a network error and the only way to clear it is to Uninstall and reinstall. PLEASE fix the app! I have used it for years and this started a few months ago and is EXTREMELY frustrating. It was a great app up to that point!
