I hate the fact that you make me change my password so frequently when I already use a complicated password so I DON'T need to change it as frequently. There's no way anybody's gonna guess what it is, you're gonna need a computer running algorithms to figure out my password. I would like the ability to make sure that I typed my password correctly the first time, because I do have fat fingers. Bottomline: if my account wasn't a joint account, I would be moving it to a credit union.

This app used to be great, but not anymore. It says 'authentication required' every time I try to log in. It no longer accepts fingerprint log in, and frequently crashes. Checking my account balance used to be simple, now it takes forever.

Constantly makes me text to confirm to use the app, also makes you change your password too often. It also deletes my user name even tho it's saved at least once a week. Please go back to the old app version never had an issue with it.
