Ratings and reviews

App is constantly failing on the fingerprint verification. Tip: Install and reinstall... It will work again for a week then repeat process. Very irritating, after being used to this feature. My other bank accounts have no issues. Is anybody reading these reviews? At a glance, it seems I'm not the only person having this continuing issue. Having to do a text verification EVERY TIME, is where I uninstall, reinstall and repeat.

App is unreliable. Fingerprint never works. Recently, app just won't load at all. Says app version is incompatible, but there are not any updates through the app store. Tried reinstalling and now there is no way for me to even use the app because of a "version mismatch" issue, when it it already up to date.

App used to work great had no issues now of I can get the app to open I'm impressed it frequently forgets my credentials, I'm unable to have it notify me when a purchase was made, it won't even load most of the time. If your going to have an app maybe make sure it works correctly.
