The user experience is not optimal. The interface presents usability challenges.

Wonky and basic. Sure, you can check your balance and deposit with a picture, but no advanced features like buckets or goals for accounts or money tracking or budgeting tools. I've stuck around for years hoping they would improve, but I think it's time to look into another bank or credit union.

Since the program was updated my account has been screwed up. I have joint accounts. Every time I log on my wife's name comes up. Visit to bank and still the same. Was told I have to start again and that all my history would be lost. Not acceptable It was OK till IT updated the program. IT caused the issue and apparently IT cannot solve it. Really disappointed and upset.
