Ratings and reviews

This app is horribly buggy. I'm constantly having to call and have it reset, as I get locked out every few logins. Not to mention even if you opt in to have it remember your ID, it doesn't. Nor does it remember the pin you set, and so you have to reset the entire app at least 4 times a week. I'm pretty disappointed in the app overall. It's not very user friendly, and the bugs and glitches make use almost impossible.

This app is unreliable and 75% of the time, I am not even able to get into it. When I am, I have to re-enroll my same phone number pretty much every single time. The app itself as far as layout and design is good, but not being able to get into it negates ALL of the good things. The network errors and re-enrolling constantly need to be fixed.

I almost never post reviews of any app even if they are terrible, but this one is the most frustrating that I wanted to. It'll work sometimes but a lot of times it won't. Constantly can't connect to the service and display my account. Just so inconvenient and annoying. Honestly the absolute worst banking app I've ever dealt with.
