Can't make transfers, deposit checks or do anything that the old app use to do. I hate this app. I don't have time to go to the bank all the time just to argue with people who don't want to do their damn jobs. Either, fix the app or I'm finding another bank for all my accounts.
It always locked me out. I put the correct password and username but it keeps on telling that it's invalid contact customer service support. Went to the bank and reset my password, it worked for a few hours and it won't let me log in to my account again. Very frustrating.
Could be a great app, but there are issues with mobile check deposit. The camera function on the app has no ability to focus. I can take pictures of the check with my normal camera on my phone without an issue, but this app's camera function is extremely poor. Hopefully you live near the bank or get auto deposit. Otherwise it is a pain.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I open it up and says needs updating. IF I am even able to get on, I put in user name and password, won't log in and says customer service needs to be contacted. I have, received new password to log in....same thing. Contact customer service. This is worst from the original that I did have. Need to work the bugs out!!
This app is horrible. I cant even get into my mobile app since the last update. The app use to work just fine until they updated it. I've called the bank and my cell phone carrier and every step as been followed yet I'm still unable to use or access it smh... Its beyond ridiculous.. Update....... Now a week later First Convenience claimed that it was a Sprint Carrier issue lies. I've changed providers/carriers and the same issue is going on. I have no access to my mobile app so it's not the carriers or providers it's the app. I did not have these issues until they updated their app.. Go back to the old version.
I called the bank because my card didn't work at the moment and I talked with customer service. I had to call because the mobile app will not update on my phone. She informed me of some charges that were made on my card and was very helpful. The next day I went to the branch and the lady said they didn't do fraudulent claims and gave me a number to call. I called the number and informed her of the situation and she said because I had made charges like this before I would have to get my statement and file the claim later so I wouldn't be held responsible for all the charges. I informed her about the charges I made and she said that the bank used a satellite and if I approved the earlier charges my claim would be dismissed.
