No Mobile Check Deposit:( I think the app is fantastic and it works well, but for some one like me who is constantly on the go, school 8am-5pm and work 5:30pm-11 pm everyday, it would be nice to be able to use the app to deposit my checks. Now I'll literally have to wait til Monday to cash at the bank or pay Wal-Mart $3 to cash it.
Just Installed It. Went to it for Check Deposit. on sign in, It asked me where I lived WHEN I WAS 5! Lucky for me I remembered. When you go to capture check, the photo is fuzzy, when I tapped to capture photo, it cleared up nicely. It would have been better if it showed focus before clicking capture, otherwise it's nice. I like passcode protection, an extra layer in there in case I ever God Forbid, Lost or had my phone stolen. I have a phone with a 21 mgpx camera, FYI. Hope it helps.
The security I love having my account balance in the palm of my hand but I fear the securities for logging in is very rough for the first time. I wish there was a better way of doing that. Just maybe when I'm at the bank there could be a security code from them in person I could input rather than a lot of security questions. I feel that some of the questions have invaded my privacy but I understand why they need these questions. Besides all of this the gui needs major improvements in my opinion. I want to help test.
Fails at the worst times Your app is horrible. You designed it to be used exclusive but here it is 2016 and I have to find a desktop computer to reset my password because you think It's time or you deactivate the app when you up date account information all of that is totally uneasassary. You don't even have a link on the app to call customer support. No matter anyway they are useless because all they do is say find a computer and log into our website. Talk about stone age technology.
What..the..hell.. When I go to log into the app on a new phone it will not let me log in.. noooo it gives me this message saying I'm already enrolled in mobile banking..which is great and all.. but I'm on a new phone.. and it will not let me get into my account. This has happened on multiple phones. If my number is already registered.. why is this stupid process even necessary!! Fix it or I'll take my banking elsewhere! And another issue.. the customer complaints being ignored. Unprofessional!!!
Very frustrating app. I usually log in easily, but there are many times where it will not let me log in and say try again later.. I will come to find out later on the app was down for whatever reason, you need to display a message saying the app is down and an estimated time it will be back up.
