The app is ok. Please turn off the thing that automatically selects the finger print option everytime I go to sign in. I will never use that, let people choose whether or not they want to select that. Also please add a forgot password option? So that way I don't have to go to your website and find it there like i have to right now. It would be so much simplier if I could just push a button. Like every other app. Very inconvenient. Your app is one of reasons I'm opening a new bank account.

It works great. For those who it doesnt let log in, might want to try logging in on a desktop. It might be time to change your password for security. Then you can log in again once you update it. Love having the mobile deposit and easily transfer money.

As much as I love this bank I have to be completely honest when it comes to this app. This is by far the WORST banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. My Complaints: No biometric login, No ease of access, No notifications, Being forced to manually enter my password every time I want to check my balance. Etc etc This may be a deal breaker for me. If they dont MODERNIZE this app, I might seriously consider switching banks.
