- Alerts requires the device to allow notifications and enrollment into Card Controls

Finger print login stopped working. My finger is recognized but the "App" states that it cannot authentic at this time. This has been going for a few weeks now. The user interface is not really intuitive and is really comberson. Rather than stick with normal UI standards they decided be creative which isn't always better. I've been with People's for more than 20 years but since M&T took over things have gone downhill really fast. I'm going to be switching to a new bank.

Constantly having issues with the app. Fingerprint doesn't work, constantly re-enrolling, multiple times having to go to the actual locations to fix an issue, the list goes on! A teller in my location reminds me every time I go that I can deposit a check via the app & I always say I don't trust it 100% bc of these issues. Wish you would fix this because I really like this bank.

The app keeps shutting down. 2 times in 1 week!! I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. This caused several overdrafts as l could not access mobile banking. I called customer service, they focused on telling me other methods of on line banking, but could offer no solution to the defective app. If it crashes again, l will change banks.
