After doing a factory reset on my phone and trying to reinstall the app, it claimed the account belonged to another device. After calling customer support and following their advice for an hour, I'm suddenly locked out of the app for 72 hours. Unacceptable
Hasn't worked for a couple weeks. Everytime I open it, there is an error message saying the service is unavailable.
App stops working every few days and have to uninstall and reinstall
Doesn't work I had this app for sometime it was working fine until last Friday when I tried logging in wanted me to reanswer my security questions which I already had which it kick me out... now customer service of mobile banking is giving me the run around that I have to wait 72 hours mind you these questions been answered already that I informed of so I don't recommend this app by it having some kind of glitch
