App never remembers your credentials, fingerprint information, and for a out a year or more, notifications stopped working. I have debit card notifications turned on and nothing is sent ever. Now when I go to setting and try turn it on, I click save, go back and the setting is turned off. Silly that this never works, such a simple app and there are always issues.

Most my experience with the app has been great! Easy to check my balance and send money through zelle. One issue I constantly face is the fingerprint verification doesn't pop up and it makes me put in password, this happens all the time to the point I need to reinstall app to fix it, going in setting didn't help. One needed feature would be to preview balance before fully logging in.

Constant issues with this app. Errors about the data network being busy... Will not save credentials. Makes you re-enroll constantly. I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time and it will then work for a week or so. This has been going on for over a year. I thought it was my phone, but recent got a new phone and the problems persist.
