Easy to use. I find the app simple to use on my Samsung Galaxy 3 & Samsung Note3. No crashes or glitches after 6 months of use. If people are having trouble, I have to assume it is their low grade operating system or tech piece that is to blame.
Every bit as good as the bank itself. I have mobile bank apps with three banks. This is the easiest one to use and works flawlessly. I use this to deposit checks, pay bills and keep a check on my credit card. We use all these features on my Lg optimus pro and our gallaxi s3 mini. This is the one mobile banking app that doesn't fight us on check deposits with the S3 mini. Well done.
On a brand new Note 4. Just says "Loading..." forever. No error message. Many others having this problem. Just plain buggy I guess. Tech support ignored request for help. "We'll get back to you..." and it's now been a month. Depositing checks in Chrome now broken. Depositing checks with Firefox or IE requires you to install the infamous security hole, Java JRE. And enable it in the browsers, for all the other malicious websites to use. Most security experts recommend you don't do that, btw. So no way other than actual mail for me to deposit checks now (and even that required me to make a special request for those deposit envelopes). The numerous problems that have developed at Everbank are making me wonder how safe it is to keep money there now.
App simply does not work On my previous device this app was sketchy at best, especially with the mobile check deposit feature. Now that I've upgraded to a Droid Turbo I can't even login to the darn thing. This app hasn't even been updated in 7 months which is inexcusable. And as others have noted, depositing checks on the desktop site is also screwed up. I will be moving my business elsewhere very soon, Everbank....
Wish it worked better EverBank itself is great, but this app is painful to use. Crashes constantly, can't log in, and general flow is kludgy.
This app will not let me deposit from my LG Leon phone. I phoned in to EverBand, and was told that it's a shortcoming with the app itself, and that certain phone models will not be able to make deposits from the app. So this thing is pretty much useless to me, and I'm now making deposits with my scanner, or worse, mailing them in like some savage.
