I just wish someone would here what we are asking for. At my local bank I complained about application, but been told that ifs the Best application and on her phone it works great! But it does not! The application has to be fixed, it randomly pops out on my phone, at any time it just wants I guess. Its annoying. Also I would love to be able to log in with my fingerprint, at least have it as an option. Also please add running balance at the time of transaction. Thank you.

If only i could give the zero stars youve earned. The app works great when it works. This is the third time in the last three weeks I've had to delete it and re-download it because it says loading and then just goes to a white screen instead of the sign in screen. Also when I don't close the app all the way it pops up over other apps and thats pretty annoying. Update: two years later and I still have to Uninstall and reinstall it every month or two.

Not functioning as expected. Can't do a Zelle payment. Tried multiple times. First, it just gives a blanket error message that the amount I'm trying to send is above my limit, but does not specify how much is my limit, nor can I find out, other than trying multiple different amounts to see what it really allows. Second, when I get past the amount limit issue, when reviewing the transaction, it can't figure out who the zelle account belongs to as it ends up with a blank in its review/confirmation message, and when I try to continue, get an error message "unable to process transaction" So I tried to send it to another zelle account, and while it could figure out who that zelle account belonged to it in its review/confirmation message, it still fails with an error message "unable to process transaction" It will be nice if there is a way from the App itself to report these issues/errors when they happen, so their IT or customer service department is notified for them to respond or fix it quickly.
