Only been with HBC for a couple of months.. I absolutely HATE this app!! It NEVER works. I can't sign jn... always get a "data network busy" error... (it's not from my end!). I can't get passed that error. There's nothing I can do but uninstall and reinstall. It NEVER saves my fingerprint, even though I always check to save it. I constantly have to do the text authorization even though I've done it dozens of times. Seriously the WORST APP EVER!! WORST BANK EVER! Time to find a new bank.

Functional at last! (At least for me.) Previously this app was completely nonfunctional and unusable. As of the most recent update, however, it finally works. While it's not perfect, it's better than resorting to my mobile web browser, as I'd been doing. For that, the developers have my thanks!

It never saves my login information. Sign in with fingerprint only works a couple of times before I'm unable to use it. This is the second time I've been locked out of my account and have to change the password, even though I type in the correct password.
