Disappointment. Its sad that a big banking company like seacost cant even get their own app right. It was working fine but for the past 3 days every time i try to log in it says i cant access my account though the pin number and makes me put in my login password but when i do and hit continue, nothing happens.
Most used app on my phone My husband and I have separate accounts but I'm the "accountant" in the family. This app has saved me in the check out lane on a couple of occasions when I was just a few dollars short. 40 seconds and boom, transfer complete and literally did not once hold up a line, and I was able to leave with all my items!
Worst app ever One of the first apps I really hate! How do I give no stars. The app never works, ever! I will be changing my bank because of this app. Ease of service is a must in an electronic world.
Spotty at best Can't count how many times the app won't let me log-in. Hit enter either by entering my pin or password and nothing happens. Drop the keyboard to tap the continue button, still nothing. Consistency is paramount!
VERY INNACURATE This app is worthless. How can it be used for correct balance when it is never up to date? Other banks offer up to date online monitoring. This app is 4-5 days behind current account status.
When it works it's great. Why have a pin if I always have to type in a password right after? Half the time it won't even login just sits on the same screen. Frustrating.
