Love the bank! The app and glitches in the last app update suck! They haven't been able to figure out what happened, and all the different tech people do all the same things to try to fix the issues, and nobody is on the same page and still, nothing gets fixed! Been going on for almost a year now with techs scratching their heads! I'm at the point where I don't care anymore about getting alerts. Just use the app for a faster way to see my account activity! It is a shame! Used to love this app!

This app does NOT work. I have uninstalled / reinstalled countless times. I perpetually receive an error that " network is busy", no matter what I do. I am forced to just give up, and access my account directly online. I see via many other reviews that this app is basically a fail for any number of reasons. Do the programers even attempt to correct any of these issues? Doesn't look that way. Don't bother downloading this - waste of time. Zero stars.

I have been with this bank for MANY years. But in the last 2-3 years, it seems as though I have had sooo many problems with trying to use the mobile app !! About every 2-3 weeks it says I need to update. So I comply, and then it is one issue after another, attempt after attempt, before I eventually get it to work again 🥵😡
