I loved this app in Android 7, but it doesn't work at all in Android 8. Never asks permissions (mobile depost needs the camera...), and crashes at the log in screen every single time. Even when you close the app in the crash menu, it still shows up as a background process. I kinda need this to work, as I don't have direct deposit available, and I lose work hours running to my branch every week.

having a small local bank is no excuse for such a poorly developed and extremely frustrating app. The UI is not intuitive, no use of biometrics or even password saving to log in and you can't mobile deposit. Please catch up with the very basics of online and mobile banking dedham savings, i don't want to have to switch banks again

Not once have I been able to use this app. Won't let me log in, won't send my phone a security code, even the website crashes every time I go to enter my password in. Had this problem 5 years ago the last time I tried online banking. Frustrating to say the least. Asking for an app that works is not alot to ask for.
