It seems like Intrust Bank took a lot of feedback into account because now this app works really well. It's still lacking support for biometric authentication, though I have no more login issues. Also the UI is drastically improved and now this all fits in with the modern era.
Security questions? Just useless, keeps having issues with security questions. Mobile site is the same, but desktop version works OK. Can't check my balance, which is all it offers to do anyway. If you can't get a Mobile app to work, your security infrastructure is probably pretty shotty too.
Works fine for me! I see alot of negative reviews for this, but I've used it over a year and it hasn't failed me yet! It's fast and very simple to use. Works great for me!
Nonsense This app has me sign to my account. Then asks so called security questions that have nothing to do with me or where I lived. Asks questions to States and addresses where I have never lived.Then can't give a none of the above. Don't use!!!!
Constant issues Atleast 2 weeks now I haven't been able to sign in because they "temporarily can't verify" my ID
Never lets me log in right away. More times than not says it won't let my enter my quick code and to enter my real password and still doesn't log in. Was a great app, now it's a waste of space..
