Login is wonky, I have to verify my info every time I login as if I'm a new user. PIA. I do like 2-step verification, if it would allow me to follow through with the process to enable it. Account screens are basic & don't allow to read details of transactions. Just not as user friendly as other online banking apps I've used in the past. The design is also monotone making it harder to navigate, read, and interpret unless you're used to reading banking reports. Could use a serious modern upgrade!

Was working fine for a long time now suddenly its not letting me log in and after uninstal as suggested by them, it doesn't recognize me. Too many attempts to login causes a lockout and I have to contact them. This has happened 3x since the last update. This app sucks. Almost a year since my original review and nothing has changed. I am almost daily torturing myself jumping thru hoops to get my bank info. Despite Northerns growth, they've done nothing to fix their app. Shame on you Northern.

App only works sometimes. Even if I select the option to save my account information and my fingerprint, the app will forget my fingerprint and I am forced to input my username and password. If I wanted to do that I would just log into the website instead of the app. I download the app for ease of logging in, if I can't log into the app with that feature, then what's the point?? It feels like a hassle.
