When Oriental first launched their app it was amazing and it used to work perfectly. Now I can't even open it, cause every single time I get an error saying that the app is unavailable. It's the only way I have to make check deposits into my account since there's no Oriental Bank in Florida, where I'm currently living, but now I can't even do that unless I uninstall an re-install the app again several times and restart my phone again the same amount of times. Can't even use it to check my balance, cause it would never open unless I uninstall and re-install. I've had my account for years and lately I've even considered changing banks just for this inconvenience. Please fix this. I really like having my account with you guys and wouldn't want to close it.

July 2023: Never has problem with the old version. The "update" was really bad. After you enter user id and password the app get freeze, no matter how many times you install and unistall the app. January 2024: App is getting worse. Installing the app to verify is available to use, but NOOOOO! Continue with error message when open the app and, if you are abble to access, it's doesn't connect after enter user id and password.

As it is, this bank is a disappointment and can't wait to closed the account with them. And the app does not dissapiont with its poor and awful functionality. Have had to uninstall and install varios time. Now, every time I try to log in, I have to register my number as if it were a new registration. And the code never arrived. This app as well as the bank suck.
