Horrible app. Logging in is difficult and if you mess up 3 times in forever it locks you out. Even if you try incorrectly once and then get in the second time. That one time is counted towards your 3!! No time limit on that! Very frustrating!!!

Ever since the latest T-mobile update (Samsung Galaxy S9), the app malfunctions, especially the mobile deposit function: the camera is rotated 90 against the vertical and the aspect ration is jumbled up (images are squished or stretched really thin). Please fix it!

This app has been nothing but a problem lately! Have to uninstall and reinstall constantly.
