Check deposit does not work! I've used this app for a while and it was fine, but since I bought a new phone (Samsung Galaxy s5) I've had nothing but trouble with check deposit! The front of the check photographs well, but when I try shooting the back the autofocus almost never works. I just shot the same check fifteen times before it took a photo in focus. This bug needs to be fixed otherwise this app is worthless to me. I hope they fix it soon.
Can't log in I used to love this app but 3 months ago I was unable to log in. I know my password is correct but still can't access my account. Multiple uninstall and re-install later still no go. Fix the app and I would love it again.
Worst app I've ever tried. This review is months in the making, as I don't give negative reviews very easily. This app is so unusable, it's made banking worth BMO Harris absolutely out of the question and I'm being forced to switch banks. It takes literally 5 minutes to load the login screen every time and the "mobile" site is no better. It's absolutely ridiculous. And it's not just my Note 4, either...same experience with the S4 and S5 as well. I've never been this frustrated with an app or product.
Good app I love this app. Never any problems. Hopefully will still be great after the update.
Doesn't work Nexus 5 No longer works
STILL Can't Log In For some reason, I can't log in all of a sudden. It just loads, and loads, and keeps loading forever. Going to Chase this week to open a new account.
