Fix for Can't login with 1/19 update I use a password manager, apparently BMO doesn't like them with this last update. Login worked when I manually entered user ID and password. Come on BMO, I can't remember the 500+ id's and passwords I have! Oh, and when will you enable swipe. Phones have gotten taller. Google Wallet is more convenient than BMO.
This application needs a fix pronto. I can't log in without force stopping the app and rebooting my phone. It errors out when using the code and won't revert to the traditional log in. Please address this issue quick BMO Harris. I can see I'm not the only one having difficulty.
The app went from ok to worse on this last update. There is no way for me to sign in to check my account it keeps freezing and shutting down. It would be nice to see what I have in my account and see what has gone through. For such a very bad update instead of going forward your IT guys took 50 steps back they should all be caned they sure didn't even do a test to verify that it works if it keeps up I will just pull my money and close the account
App used to support Total Look so all accounts showed in one place. No longer. Total waste if you have credit cards tied up to account. Give us the old app back please
It's simply "okay." Nothing impressive, and nothing terribly frustrating. Some minor annoyances and bugs here or there, yet I've never had a problem depositing checks or transferring between my accounts. Seems like some dedicated bug fixes could take this app from meh to meow.
If it's not broke, don't fix it. I liked the old app waaaay better. This new one is harder to navigate, confusing and just plain crap. Bring back the older app lay out.... this is so frustrating.
