I... I have no idea what people are complaining about. Before the update my app always crashed and I had to manually force it to shut down before using it again. Also the interface was ugly and limited. I'm surprised they updated the app so well (took them long enough). There are more options, neater UI and it's much less slower. I haven't had any issues with this new update yet.
Just downloaded and immediately uninstalled. App will not open.... error message comes up telling you to come back later, been trying for 6 hours.
I can never log in. I have to either keep restarting my phone or uninstalling the app to get it to work. I even got a brand new phone and the app still never works!
Can't even use this app!! It is NEVER able to log me in anymore and before that, it was really clunky to work with. And FORGET about depositing checks. It comes out so blurry 98% of the time..... The lack of a working app ALONE is enough to make me wanna move my accounts to a different bank.... The only thing I see that there is to gain with actually sticking WITH this bank and app is just more frustration. FIX. IT. NOW.
Last version Jan 2017 is NO different than this recent version. Same review as before. New app update worse than the last version. Will not login. It's like the continue button has no purpose. The old version was hit or miss to login. Now will not login. From bad to worse.
What happened!? App was good until the last update. Now I can't even use it.😠 It keeps crashing at login! 😠 Update, The app now works.
