Ever since getting my Google Pixel I have been unable to use this app. It just sits at the loading screen after putting in my credentials. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Based on the other reviews here I'm guessing I'm not the only one with these issues.
Has not worked for weeks now. Glad I do not depend on this application. Will use mobile site now. Eventually a different bank. App asks for unneeded permissions, too. Can't get past the BS marketing introduction before it crashes. 5 months later still the same. Fire all app makers - IT - and management related to this app. Start over.
Someone just stole all of my money debiting all of it out of Florida. I called for support and they told me ai would have to wait until Monday when all of the fraudulent charges cleared to file the paperwork. They didn't even offer any useful solutions. Livid
Oh how I wish I could give this app a star rating it deserves - ZERO. Who'd they have code this app? The janitor? Absolute unusable for anything other than checking acct balance, if you can get that to work.
Continually needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Otherwise, force close...force close. Now I receive a garbled mess of text and location pins on a map near me. It's not the phone BMO! App works great on iPad's. I'm also a CAD designer! 😣
I figured out the problem with mobile deposit but I'm only giving it a 2 until you guys add fingerprint login feature. I have been waiting for this feature for almost 2 years now and still nothing. Unbelievable!
