App constantly doesn't let me log in, will say that the host is unavailable, I swear it changes my passwords itself because there's been multiple times in which I've had to try resetting them although I never changed them, it's just honestly not a good app. Too simple almost.

The OCSB App is a massive disappointment, lacking digital convenience. Recurring issues like forced re-enrollment due to app malfunctions, unexpected timeouts, and amnesia about login settings are infuriating. They raise serious doubts about the bank's competence in managing digital platforms, casting concerns about their ability to provide reliable banking services. An urgent and thorough app overhaul is crucial for customer satisfaction.

Awful app. Literally never works. I have to constantly uninstall and re-install this app for it to work, and it never lasts but a few days before it quits working again
