In the last 4 days, I have received 2 emails from CB&T stating that I have logged in to the mobile app on my Galaxy S7 edge phone that is still using the 3.5 app version. When I looked into this, my mobile app shows it was updated to the 22.214.171.124 version on 4/20/2017. Please advise me on this situation, as I don't want to become locked out of my mobile acct because it 'shows on your end' that I'm using the outdated version.
When we need to transfer funds, the app doesn't allow it.
*updated* Total user error! I was using last pass to sign in and for some reason the app wasn't recognizing that the user name and password were entered. I found a way around it and absolutely love the newer version! I'm interested in the popmoney option. Can't wait to try it out! This App stopped working all of a sudden so I called for help. They said i should uninstall, then reinstall. After that, the app wouldn't even let me sign in. I've given it a week, still no luck. Maybe my phone doesn't like this one. Oh well... back to depositing the old way!
Since the update, app doesn't open up correctly. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem.
App's Great but won't open on phone since update. Needs a little tweek of some sort.
USED TO BE GREAT... When I first got the app, it worked great. Now, since the last update, it opens to a blank white screen about 9 out of 10 times. It works when it wants to, not when I want it to.
