I don't know what happened to this app but it no longer works correctly. I had the hardest time getting the passcode to work so I ended up just disabling it. Now I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it just to check my balances. The sign on part of the screen is gone whenever I try to go on. Only the bottom half of that screen is visible with no way to sign on. In order for me to check anything on my accounts today I will have to uninstall/install it to see or do anything. Then the next time I want in to my account, the sign on part of the screen will be gone. Please, please fix it.
App used to work before latest updates. I get all kinds of error messages. After many tries, I got one deposit to work. The only thing I use the app for is deposits and now that functionality is not working.
App will work for a couple weeks, but will always stop working eventually. Says "service temporarily unavailable." I then try to log on through a browser, and it won't accept my username and password. I've had to go to the bank multiple times just to reset my password. Getting old.
I can't use the app because since the update it now requires me to enter my user id. Before the update I had my user id "saved" in the app and only had to enter the password. It was like that for years and I just don't remember my username. But! There's no way for me to recover my username online. I have to go into a bank branch for that info, which is exactly the reason I have the app, so I don't have to go to a bank. Absolutely stupid design, should have considered how the update would affect that, and there should be a feature to recover the username! There's not even an app support number to call. Worthless.
Every time I click one of my accounts, I can't get back to the home screen. The back arrow doesn't work on the app, or my phone while in the app. I can't log out or go to something else. I have to close the app and start over to get anywhere. Positive note, I love the pin code entry.
Haven't been able to sign on to it. It just keeps loading but it never signs in. It did work at some point but it hasn't worked in a long time. The update still doesn't let me sign in.
