Acclaim Federal Credit Union now offers the ability to manage your credit card via your smart phone.
This application allows End Users to make payments, view their current balance, statement balance, minimum payment due, payment date, last payment date and transaction history.
Customers can use Card Controls to set their own transaction dollar limits (within the FI established limits), set up transaction type or merchant type controls, and indicate specific locations where their card can be used. In addition, customers can disable their credit cards, cutting off card usage completely if a card is suspected of being lost or stolen, or if they simply do not want to use their card.
Mobile Banking can also capture customer’s card transaction alert preferences with the Card Alerts feature so that with just a few exceptions customers receive only the alerts they choose. Customers will always receive declined transaction alerts and alerts for certain changes to Card Controls; however, they can also choose to receive all transaction-related alerts or they can choose specific alerts based on the following types of transactions: Merchant Type, Transaction Type, International, and Transaction Limit.
