Absolutely horrible. There are no "settings" like the home page advises; you have to input 3 different answers to log on. The FAQ says you'll be presented with information about daily limits - no it doesn't. I'll probably go back to my old bank.
Crashes constantly Ive been trying to deposit a chrck for the last handful of hours and evrry time i try either the app crashes or it gives me an error. Ive used this bank for years, youd think theyd make their app run smoothly.
Unfortunately, the recent reviews are correct. Every time I log into the app, it stays on the loading screen, which ultimately for me is not useful. I have to use prism to see my balance on a mobile device. Will change rating when app is updated.
What happened? Love the bank. App used to work well, then for the last couple of months it won't even log me in; it's just "loading" forever. And that makes it absolutely useless. Actually, less than that because it has also wasted a great deal of my time.
Really bad app Many have described the same issues I have. The app works, then it doesn't, then I reset my password the it won't log in stating the credentials are incorrect after resetting. This Bank has struggled since their purchase of other banks.
App hasn't worked in a week for me. Was previously able to log in/out and complete tasks with no problem. Tried reinstalling the app, but still unable to log in. At the moment, the website is also down so I can't check my balances anywhere. Lots of stuff need fixing right now!
