The mobile app sucks I have had trouble since last thursday.no matter if I change pass code it still won't let me log in from phone and I've called the bank no help and been to bank 3 times they just can't fix my mobile so looking to find a new bank
To difficult to activate the mobile app. Too many hoops to jump through to activate the app. I followed the link and followed the instructions to no avail. Please revise. Should not be this hard to get an activation code.
?? I installed the mobile app but I can't get an activation code anywhere. Shouldn't be this hard.
For over a month now, or should I say since the upgrade, I haven't been able to use this app. I've tried uninstalling, re-installing it and nothing is working. Every time I try to open the app it blinks on for a second then automatically closes. Beyond annoyed no one can give me a reason why. Its not the phone, just the app. Fix it already, this is so frustrating I'm about to switch banks
Awful This bank bought our bank. Mobile has not worked at all, the first weekend our debit cards wouldn't work. Mobile banking without the ability to make a mobile deposit. Get with the program. Build an app that works and is useful. You suck.
Very useful Very efficient... quick & easy without having to go through the long process of logging on in the full website.
