Another update...over one month later and still doesn't work...can't believe it hasn't been fixed!!!Update...was working for little bit...now useless again...frustrating..haven't been able to access for two weeks...I give up..loyal ftb customer but this app sucks...I haven't been able to log in for a month...unacceptable..
Fails to provide accurate balance! Balance given is not true amount in acct. as purchase/bill payment amounts are not deducted right after a transaction! Cumbersome! Nervewrecking! Also dislike +/- symbols used before transaction amounts, unnecessary. Banks' I.T. Director who can be contacted by bank officers is obstinate about changing app features as I suggested. So if you truly hate the app strongly suggest finding another bank more concerned with customer satisfaction.
Worked fine till a few days ago. Now I can't even open the app any more. Crashes and wants to send a report but says nothing about how to FIX the crashes.
Bank of the Year I have never had an issues that first TN couldn't / wouldn't help me out with. Problem solving bank. Lv First TN Bank.
I don't like the update. Everything is in black.....it was better when debits were red and credits were green....please fix this!!!!!
NEED WIDGETS!!!!! Would like to check balance without having to open up full program and logging in every time...auto update account every 4 hours would be nice as well
