Getting back to its buggy state again Seriously, who is working on this? Not very trust-inducing when the app my bank is offering me is this buggy. Login is a game of chance, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and you don't even get a meaningful error message. To top it off, after some number (I'm not sure it the number is really determined anywhere) your login gets blocked!
I don't want the mobile banking only want to use it online, have been with this credit union since it began. Had no problems until the mobile idea started
Update Issue Worked great on my old phone but after downloading it onto my new phone it won't let me log in no matter how many register / password reset hoops I jump through. I am shocked by this poor update implementation and the lack of useful response to an apparently common problem.
Useless It won't let me deposit checks...but I used to be able to. What's that all about??!!
Doesn't remember that I set up my password and security questions!!! I'm using the latest version of Android on my Samsung Galaxy s6.
Update failed I got a new phone now the app won't work, I can't log in. Please fix it!!
Add Passcode login - Set a 4 digit passcode and use it to quickly login and check balances and posted transactions. Any other types of transactions (transfers, bill pay, check deposit, etc...) will require you to authenticate with your full login credentials.
