Good, quick reference A quick reference app. It has the national hotline number, but only numbers for Texas. I'm guessing it was put out for Texas residents, but it would be cool to have more numbers. In crisis situations the couple seconds can really make a difference. I find it useful to have a reference card with these sorts of numbers in my wallet. If you feel you are at risk for suicide or suicidal thoughts, go to the er asap (do it in the safest way possible). If it isn't that serious, write down your concerns and call a nurse line at the closest hospital, they may still be able to advise you on what's best considering your symptoms. It's wise to seek help before it's an emergency.
