Got stuck at loading my eCard for at least 20 minutes (same issue even with different mobile phone & data network) Ended up my appointment slot got let go and had to wait 3 hours for the next slot.

doesn't work on Android phones. but the app works on apple phones

poor. does not load well. keeps hanging even after I restarted the phone and checked that it is the latest version.
