Actually enjoy using this every day This app makes it very simple and fat to track diet, potential trigger foods, symptoms, energy levels, and even exercise throughout each day. I took a star of because I was looking forward to a useful correlation component, but that part still has a ways to go.
It was a little tricky at first, trying to figure out how to enter new items. But, after I got the hang of it, I just edit away. This is an excellent app for keeping track of symptoms and how they might be affected by food and other factors (e.g., barometric pressure is one I added). Just having to think about it and record things has made me more aware of correlations than ever before. This came at just the right time.
Lots of potential Haven't found another app that has the same capacity to analyse correlations between foods and reactions. Few small issues: barcode reader is frequently inaccurate; database of foods currently small (will grow with more users); no ability to add amount of food; some important symptoms and events missing from options. Look forward to continued development of this app.
Super helpful You can add as much or as little detail as you want on ingredients, symptoms, medications, and activities. Graphs are helpful. Even my GI doctor is impressed at how well I can track my symptoms.
Pretty good Need a better way to document symptoms. It asks for the end time not the start time.
Great app! I just wish you could customize symptoms. I.e I am looking to track different types of abdominal pain, separate from generic stomach pain
