So Far Not Bad Using this app for 1 week. Very specific- tracks every ingredient, you can add recipes & save them as a favorite to reuse later. Add symptoms you experience, track your energy levels and how well you are sleeping. Everything is based on time and duration. Not so great-the Barcode scan feature doesnt have much preloaded so you have to manually add products anyway. Overall, very time consuming, hopefully will be worth it.
Great app, missing menstrual function I'd be 5 stars if menstruation was an option to track. Perfect for elimination diets, finding allergies.

Like the ease of coping previous entries I would only recommend to include menstruation duration as part of the entries

So far I like using this app. I've only been using it 4 days but once I figured out how to enter everything I really like it. Make sure you do the backup bec now im starting over. I wish it counted cal bec that's how I know if I'm overeating or haven't eaten enough. If I don't eat enough I wake up dizzy. Other than that I think this is exactly what I've been looking for. I want to track my food to figure out what I need to change to feel better. I still have a lot of hypothyroid symptoms and I'm tired of being tired, dep, ibs achyetc.
