New Housing Projects
Based on the building inputs (sizeof the building, number of floors, number rooms and toilets, type of finishes, etc.) NEEV creates the project exact amount of the material needed (Bricks, Cement, Sand, Aggregate, Steel) and generates accurate estimates.
Structure cost (labor and material) and finishing costs (Paint, Flooring, Walls, Bricks, Window, Doors, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) are listed for each level. Excavation and Foundation costs are also included.

A special feature calculates progress project costs based on progress and saves the site visits logs along with pictures and comments. Projects can be saved and shared for approval within different agent roles.
