These are short but so effective. The workouts are about 4-6 minutes in length, but they're so effective that it feels like you've worked out longer. I'm already a pretty fit guy, but these prevent you from hitting the plateau. The format is easy to understand and the app helps you track all necessary information, including meals. How much better can it get for only about $5? Very well made and great exercises.
Great app, does everything you expect & more. Only feature I'd like to see added is the ability to make your own workout, it has a search function and shows which muscle groups the exercise hits but if you could arrange a workout for only upper abs or lower abs or obliques that'd be a great way to hit underdeveloped muscles and overload the groups. You could randomize until it hits all upper or lower but to combine your favorites with ease would make this app even better. Thanks for the time and effort to make this app.
Good app with great workouts. However, in my 2nd week it is giving me workouts with equipment I don't own and I can't change it. So I am forced to "shuffle" a workout and even that doesn't register as a workout in my diary. It also has a "favourites" menu, however there see s to be no way to select a workout as a favourite. And the workout reminder alert doesn't seem to work either. 5 stars when these issues are addressed. Sony Xperia Z5.
I always struggled with abs and spent too much time on it. This timed approach completely changed the game for me and it works a lot more efficiently in every way. The app is easy to use and the tracking and meal plan are also a key value for me. Loved it. Would rate 5* if they add another muscle part workouts in the future. Jeff knows what he's doing
Very well explained. Its great to be able to see the correct form for each exercise. If anyone is discipline ebough to follow the meal and workout plan of this app they are gonna see results FOR SURE!!
This is the best ab workout plan. I think it costed a couple bucks to get the full version, I don't really remember, but it is amaaazzzziinnnggg!! I never usually leave reviews, but I've been working out my abs for years and never really got results, but by using this app for only a couple weeks (combined with cardio and strength training that I normally do), I'm already starting to get visible abs!! I can't wait to see the results when I actually get through the 8 weeks!! Important tip: don't forget to keep your abs tight throughout the entire workout and if you have fat covering your abs do hiit cardio and make sure to eat healthy!! But seriously get this app if you want abs!!!! It takes such a short amount of time each day and you will definitely get results!!
