It seems like Xiaomi is heavily promoting its new phones and tablets along with their accessories, but when it comes to actual availability, customers are left disappointed. The issue appears to be recurring, as seen with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and now the Xiaomi Pad 7, where key accessories—like the Focus Keyboard—are still not available for purchase. This creates a frustrating experience for buyers who expect a complete package, especially when accessories are showcased prominently in marketing.

MI suggested software update, software update didn't complete for some technical reason. TV is not switching on. Technicians came and inspected. Technicians agreed that it's the fault of the software update that was suggested by MI TV but can't resolve the issue of software unless they change the motherboard that costs 5k. It's a new kind of brazen fraud I have seen. They spoil your TV that you bought from them and then charge you 5K for which they are responsible. Beware!!!
