Don't buy After buying this app it never works. Wish I could get my money back. Keeps crashing and no support. DONT BUY THIS APP! You will be sorry!
VERY UPSET I recently upgraded my phone from a samsung galaxy s 3 to the s5. When I attempted to import the shelves unlocker app to the new phone, all of my thumbnails shrank to a mere fraction of their original size. When I attempted to contact the developer via email, I received an error message notifying me that there is no such user at this address. If I can not contact anyone to fix this problem, then I've wasted a year of my time and the money I spent on this app. Poor customer service and no fixes for problems.
Great app, Creator listened & Fixed the bugs :-) I had previously one starred this app due to some glaring bugs within it. The creator has listened to complaints. The recent update appears to have fixed all the bugs with the unlocker. The app still crashes when you try to change the default calander it associates with and may crash at other times as well. But it is much better than before. Well done!!!! Thanks for listening Garen.
Newest update After today's update, my app no longer reads as being unlocked. Uninstalled unlocker, then reinstalled, then restarted phone. Still shows as being locked...
Stopped loading books. Worked great for a while, then after the last update it won't add or even find books online at all, either by scan or manual input. Also, I paid for the unlocker and installed, but after the update it behaves like I am still using free version. Ads are back and it asks me to buy. Restarted phone, reinstalled, tried it all. Pretty serious bug. Update: bug seems to have been fixed!
Unlocker then uninstall? Still no support! Now won't restore from backups!! How do I know where it's looking? won't save my pics to item. sent several x's of force close in catg n no reply/ assistance. I paid 4 this? (Clayton Giovanni) app description says nothing about that FYI. Can't believe Google let's one sell products here if developer is not supporting app or not replying. Am I supposed to uninstall the free Shelves? Don't understand how I don't get support even after purchasing product.
