not good is inaccessible

Recibí un préstamo de uds a través de WhatsApp, me dijeron que todo sería a través de WhatsApp , no deja registrarme por la app con DNI me opción solo registrarse con tarjeta, no hay otra opción más , como puedo entonces disponer del préstamo si no tengo acceso, como voy a pagar algo a lo que no tengo acceso de retirar, entonces no quiero ya ese préstamo, escribo al WhatsApp y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada, como podrían ayudarme.
