You are an astronaut awaking from cryonics not in the solar system, but... out there... in a far and unknown place of the galaxy. In Out There, you will have to survive, tinkering your ship with what you can gather drifting in the void, and spot garden planets to refill your oxygen supply.

Space is an hostile place ; dangerous and mysterious adventures will mark each step of your travel. You will not only meet intelligent species that won’t care about you, but also deal with ancient powers linked to your destiny and the fate of mankind itself.

Survival and understanding of what is really at stake in the galaxy is the core of what Out There has to offer.

I like the game. Success needs too much luck for me to love it, but that's preferences. Main negative is the glitching. The alien language is reloaded when opening app from closed--words whose meanings you'd puzzled out will be totally different at reopen, so don't close the app until you finish. Dumb, but workable. But!! The game crashes, a lot, which means a lot of lost efforts at solving word meanings. Seriously, one or the other, be glitchy or store the language until next game starts.

This game is designed for you to fail countless of times. Yet it's hard to out down. I have played it maybe 50 times so far and just when I think I might finally make it to the red, green, or blue beacon I end up in a irreversible situation that only leads to my demise. It is both increasingly frustrating yet brilliant. Pure replayability. Great writing and totally worth losing hours of your time.

Could have been an interesting game. I actually enjoy resource management games. But this is terribly out of balance. After 50+ attempts and a variety of strategies and ships I have yet to get remotely close any vaguely identifiable goal. If you like doing the same thing repetively with very little variation and no measurable accomplishments, then this is the game for you. Best of luck.
