The truth is your app is good but the problem is your staff are soo unprofessional! They don't know how to talk to a customer at all,for a example it shows on the app that they give you 8 days to pay back your loan but on the 6th day they start calling texting all kind of bad words and threatening words which is so unprofessional!Why not state on the app that the loan period is for 6 days instead of 8D!so the client can be aware of it!please u guys need to fix the interest rate and your team 🙏
